UIZ.CARE is a primary-care support solution designed to help healthcare professionals recognize emotional, psychosocial, and mental-health concerns in young people earlier and more consistently.
Young people often arrive in primary care with concerns that are difficult to surface during a standard consultation. At the same time, GPs face increasing workload pressures, limited consultation time, growing administrative demands, and complex referral decisions.
UIZ.CARE helps structure this process through a more consistent approach to intake, triage, and follow-up. By organizing relevant information before and during the consultation, the platform supports healthcare professionals in identifying concerns earlier, improving referral decisions, and strengthening continuity of care.
Our mission is simple: help young people receive the right support at the right time while enabling healthcare professionals to deliver care more efficiently and confidently.
Developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals and young people, UIZ.CARE has been refined through real-world pilot implementation and continuous user feedback.
Today, UIZ.CARE is working with healthcare, research, and health-system partners to help strengthen the role of primary care as the front door to youth mental-health support.
