Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your UIZ.CARE account and all associated data (health assessments, symptoms, wearable data, and personal information) even if you no longer have the app installed.

You can also delete your account directly from inside the app at any time via Settings → Delete My Account — this is the fastest option if you still have the app.

What gets deleted: personal information, health assessments and scores, symptom history, wearable data, GP access records, and consent records.

What is retained: a hashed, non-identifying record in our audit log solely to prove deletion occurred, as required by law. No health or personal data is kept.

Requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
